Making it the most profile quest in Australia. The Quest is an opportunity for ladies to make a difference and let their inner beauty shine. The Mrs, Ms, Miss Australia Quest is a journey with a purpose which is to promote Ovarian Cancer Awareness.
The MAQ is an event that carries a strong emphasis on raising the standard of beauty in today's society. Our modern woman is defined not by her outward beauty alone but by her inner beauty, character, intelligence, and community spirit. This beauty does not stop with age, or when one gives birth or becomes married. This beauty grows as one matures and with this the MAQ wanted to create an event that all ladies of all ages, backgrounds, shapes and sizes could feel confident in entering and fulfil both personal goals while also helping raise awareness for Ovarian Cancer. This disease sadly takes the lives of over 1500 Australian ladies every year and every 11 hrs a lady in Australia is diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
The MAQ is very proud to announce our two new sections to the quest which are Charity Queen Australia and Mrs/Ms Classic Australia. Our Charity Queen is the highest fundraiser of the overall quest and is open to all ladies in the quest. Our Mrs/Ms Classic Australia ladies are ladies who are 45 yrs and over. There is no swimwear section in this category and our goal is to show that no matter what age you are you can celebrate being a beautiful women, promote a healthy active lifestyle and be involved in your community.
The MAQ hopes that the quest may attract generations of family members to enter together. What a wonderful experience if you could share this journey with your mum, grandmother, or sister. This is the only quest in Australia that has these opportunities.
